This by far has been the best decisionf of my life. Subhamji has been my yoga guru for close to a year now. He trains me online via zoom. Over span of last one year he has helped me work on my weight, flexibility, stamina and core strength. He has helped me better my lifestyle - improved sleep cycle, more energetic, less mood swings. He is genuinely invested in his students growth and will go extra mile to ensure they do not miss any class and are consistent and committed. Additionally all his classes are uniquely designed to suit students need and also keeps them engaged. His focus is not just physical health but mental health as well. He ensures we spend time in doing breathing exercises and some meditation as well.

We started our online yoga journey with Shubham 3 years ago. It has been beyond amazing 🧘♀. Have reached new levels of strength and fitness 💪 . He has multi dimensional training skills, in addition to being a yoga expert. Shubham focuses on continuous improvement. Pushing us beyond our limits…. Just when we think we cannot improve, he motivates us to reach new heights. The 3 weekly on line sessions (hubby joins in once a week) are now part of my routine and I cannot imagine ever stopping!
