Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly. Our experienced instructors guide you at your own pace and ensure you’re comfortable with every movement.
2. Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?
Not at all. Yoga improves flexibility over time. You just need to show up with commitment — flexibility will follow.
3. Is it necessary to come on an empty stomach?
Yes, we recommend practicing yoga on an empty stomach or at least 2–3 hours after a meal to avoid discomfort during practice.
4. Can I do yoga during my periods?
It’s best to avoid intense yoga, inversions, or abdominal-focused asanas during menstruation. Please inform your instructor, and we’ll guide you through gentler alternatives or suggest rest.
5. Are your classes mixed-gender?
Yes, both male and female members practice together in a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment.
6. Do you have male and female yoga coaches?
Yes, we have both male and female yoga coaches. Let us know if you have any preference.
7. What is the batch size?
We maintain small group sessions with a maximum of 8–10 members per batch to ensure individual attention.

9. What if I’m an advanced yoga practitioner?
We offer advanced-level sessions and multiple yoga styles to match your level. You can also opt for personal coaching for deeper guidance.

Yes, we offer personalized Prenatal Yoga sessions tailored to each trimester, under expert supervision.

We teach over 25+ styles of Yoga, including: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Power, Ashtanga, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and more.

13. What is Aerial Yoga and is it safe?
Aerial Yoga is a fun and effective way to deepen flexibility and strength using a hammock. It’s safe when practiced under guided instruction — which we ensure.
14. Do I need to bring my own mat or props?
We provide mats for trial sessions. Later, you can bring your own. All props are provided at the studio.
15. How important is punctuality?
We request all students to arrive on time. Late entries disturb the ongoing class and break the flow of practice. Doors close 5 minutes after class begins.
16. How often should I practice yoga to see results?
Practicing 2–3 times a week can bring noticeable results in flexibility, strength, and mental clarity within a few weeks.
17. What should I wear to yoga class?
Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows free movement. Avoid anything too loose or too tight. Yoga is usually done barefoot.
18. Do you offer trial classes?
Yes, we offer paid trial classes. This helps you experience our teaching style, environment, and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
19. Are there any age restrictions to join yoga?
No, yoga is for everyone! We have members from ages 15 to 65+. Our classes are customized based on age, ability, and health condition.
20. Is personal training available?
Yes, personal one-on-one training is available for yoga, prenatal yoga, recovery-based yoga, and specific goals. Advance booking is required.
21. What if I miss a class? Can I compensate?
Missed sessions can be compensated within the validity period, subject to batch availability. Please inform us in advance for rescheduling.
22. Do you provide online yoga classes as well?
Only Personal Training is available online.
23. Is yoga safe for people with health conditions or injuries?
Yes, but please consult your doctor first. Our instructors can modify postures and sequences according to your condition with prior information.
24. Do you conduct yoga workshops or retreats?
Yes, we regularly organize special workshops and yoga retreats. Stay updated via our website or social media for upcoming events.
25. Can I bring a friend or family member to join with me?
